He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers. -Psa 1:3
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: -Ecc 3:1 Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. -2 Tim 4:2
the bible talks about seasons. and i wonder how that relates to the Christian life. so what seasons does a Christian experience? are they the high and low moments, abundant and dry periods, growing and stagnant times.. ?
so what should the Christian do when he or she is in the dry season?
i ask that qn because i find myself in that dry and low season now.. stagnant in growth..just slowly treading on with uncertainty. period of non fruit bearing. what do i do?
feels so helpless. nothing i do seems to help. Is this season a period of pruning by God or am I the one restricting growth bcos i'm not spending enough time with God?
seasons.
Dear God help me to understand this season of my life.
