Went dragon boating with the YCKSS sec 1 boys today... my group of boys ah...as usual..can make me vomit blood. DONT and NEVER listen to instructions. Only when u shout at them, then they listen. wo de ma ah....really test my patience! sometimes, u just feel like killing them!!! then again, they are so funnily cute. i cant stay angry for long with them. thats good! if not my life sure shorten one....!
DB is FUN! But tiring...dunno why i kinda lack stamina thru out the session, like no energy like that. When we reached shore, i kept having to let myself sit down. Maybe i am OLD! lol. also lack of regular exercise.
talking abt exercise. 2 of my colleagues in the team are Sporty freaks! Haaa..kk they are not freaks. but they are super enthu about sports! Joanne for instance, plays like 5-6 sports! And Joe? He siao one...takes part in whatever "thon" there are! Together, they are members of california fitness. In addition, he takes protein powder. Mountain climbing, rock climbling...anything extreme he will like!

Have you ever had an aquaintance care more for you than a longtime friend? How did you feel? I experienced that today when a volunteer was concerned whether i was angry with him. and i can say...sometimes my friend dont even care when i am angry. well...maybe i shouldnt care too much in the 1st place. then i wont feel so slighted.
