the past week of attachment has been quite confusing. it's like running in all directions without knowing where you are running to. a lot of adjusting, adapting and reinforcing. Placement is just the start of
real work in a social work profession. Be ready to disregard your identity as a student and put on the coat of the profession, for you are now part of what people call social workers.
don't sound qing song right? yes it isn't lah.. and being treated like a fully responsible and acountable adult is no joke k. the responsibility that comes with it is like a huge boulder that has to be balanced on both sides, you drop the boulder you die.
serious lah. but maybe wont die but you will feel like dying!
