Easter's this sunday.
I've never celebrated nor know what is the significance of Easter all my life till i became a Christian.
To me, Easter just meant coloured eggs!
Now, i know. It's the day where our Lord and Saviour resurrected. It is a joyous occasion. For every believer who believes in "dead to sin, alive in Christ", this day has great significance. And with his resurrection, there is life. And those who are crucified with Him rose with him also on the day he resurrected.
went for good friday service just now and it reminds me who Jesus really is. Who my God really is.
Yet, it is so easy to forget who he is, in our daily preoccupation with work and studies.
Lest i forget gesthemane
Lest i forget thy agony
Lest i forget what thy has done for me
Lead me to calvary.... If Jesus had not died on the cross, where would you and i be?and i'm forever grateful ..for the cross.
